Ah, heh... now that I think about it, maybe I should have also mentioned that this is an open invitation to actually make said websites if they haven't been made already.
There's no rush, really. The only thing this will be holding up is the CT section, which stands relatively separately from the main site. No harm will come of it lagging behind just a little.
Which also reminds me... when it actually comes up, I'll be relying on the active CTs to keep me informed on their activity (completed challenges, locks and unlocks, etc.) so I can maintain a news section.

IMHO, maybe we can have mods on the site, as well. Say, like 3 or 4.
As for "personal sites", maybe we could have a basic template and access to the host to freely edit the said sites.

I think he means like Freewebs sites. Which you could simply link to. That's an option.

Hrmm... it's kinda hard to explain, but what I was thinking was to have a basic template similar to the wiki a few months back. Then, just have the user fill in the needed fields (i.e. CT name, background image file, other websites, etc.) and upload whatever videos he/she pleases. It's so that people who has little to no experience with HTML/CSS can have a personal site if they wish to. Basically, it's supposed to work like preset skins/themes on Friendster or Multiply or MySpace.

Well, something like that would require me to host everyone... and I said on the first page that I won't be able to support that with the bandwidth and space my funds would be able to provide. Not only that, it runs into the same problem the wiki has in that it'd be functionally identical.
Some free hosts have not only templates, but editors that require no knowledge of HTML as well. At least Geocities and Freewebs do, anyway.
The idea with the archive is that people can run their own thing at their own pace and not have it restricted simply to their challenges. It offers more freedom than a single page listing their name and what they do, even if it has to be from a crappy Angelfire page or something.
