I was frustrated enough just finding the stupid bosses, then I had the problem of not overloading the noise level just to be sure I got the card I wanted without having to use a search eye OR hope I have cardfinder on at all times.

Finalise as late as possible/use CardFinder. Well, I don't really use Finalise that much, because I'm more about raising noise levels than dealing craploads of elemental damage And most of RJ Meteor Server chips are either elemental or dimming, worthy exceptions being GreatAxe and BreakSabreX, both when locked can deal either 640 or 500 non-elemental damage...However, I must admit that getting Red Gaia Eraser, Elemental Cyclone, Thunderbolt Blade and Dread Lazer at once was very nice.

My 2 wing Blades and Black End Galaxy beat that silly hand.
Ever thought of defaulting WarriorSoul?

If I had one and knew what it does, maybe. I haven't even SEEN one... Not mentioning actually using it.

It gives you a 5/5/5 buster and superarmor, but in exchange you get a hp bug.

Which doesn't matter when you have 1000 HP and beat bosses in 3 turns. the HP bug is 1HPpS and unlike poison paels, CAN'T kill you. shinji: Name: Black End Galaxy Damage: 500 Type: Null elemental, sword properties Range: Whole field Other effects: Peirces invisible, inflicts level 3 gravity

I actually knew what BEG does. Red Gaia Eraser has a bit higher damage potential, it's just possible to miss with first part of the attack -_-

So I'm replaying Pokémon Emerald and I'm in the cave where you first meet Steven searching for a Sableye. Next moment I knew, a shiny Sableye pops up before me. So, I try to catch it. All the Balls I had didn't work even after I weaken it! That sucks. What's worse about it that's the first failed attempt I've ever had at catching a Shiny while all my other attempts have been nearly flawless. Curse you game!

Pirated copies of anything... I HATE, HATE, HATE THEM!
I learned my lesson from buying cheap GBA & GBC games. NEVER buy pirated copies of anything. They're: 1, illegal and 2, die out after just 1 or 2 years. I miss Silver. Dammit. Why do the original copy games have to be that expensive in the first place. Imagine... had an original copy of Pokemon Silver not cost over USD 40 here, I would still have my own copy right now... and a working one at that. X(
Sometimes, I even wonder why the Philippines even tolerates these kinds of stuff. I used to think the country was cool like that, but it just turns out, the country sucks much more by allowing it.

You do realize that even most official copies of Pokemon Silver have died out by now due to the internal clock running dry, right? Actually, I don't mind it. I got my [fake] Silver in November of 2000 and it died in [approximately]... February 2002. At the very least, an official copy would've lasted for at least 4-5 more years (just overlapping the reign of the GBA SP). At least, if ever I were to download an ROM file for the emulator, there would nothing illegal. 'Cause, right now, I'm thinking of deleting all ROMs I have if only it weren't for the sake of LPs and Challenges.... yes, I'm that paranoid. Sorry.

I'm pissed that I can't find any good CDs at Wal-Mart. Running into the Cage The Elephant CD was mere coincidence.
C'mon, where'd they put the Green Day and Jet albums? And furthermore, where will they put that upcoming Pearl Jam album?

Okay, earlier today, I tried to load my clear game data from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Turns out, it glitched really badly, and I try again. Same thing happens. It's at this point that I consult GameFAQs about the glitching. Turns out you can't transfer cleared saved game data on Easy mode, which was what I completed on originally. Not cool, Nintendo with the glitching thing. Not cool at all. I can handle replaying through PoR easily on Normal if I did it on easy. Problem is, I'm most likely gonna devote my time to other games coming out this month that I know I'm gonna buy rather than PoR. Sigh, hello Muramasa, Bowser's Inside Story and Scribblenauts, goodbye for now Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.

So I've been playing Kirby and the Amazing Mirror again after dropping it for months due to being stuck on the final boss (which I just now managed to beat on my old file, but that's a different topic). And... now I have a rant.
Those blasted gray star blocks, especially the big ones. They block paths and are indestructible. The only way around them is to move them, generally by performing a "super inhale" (hold a regular inhale for a second and it'll increase in power, but Kirby stops to recover after a short while). The small ones aren't so bad since they can be moved with a solo super inhale. The big ones, on the other hand, are evil in brick form for anyone that has no choice but to play single player (see also: me) and wants to see everything this... ahem... exploration game has to offer.
The instruction manual implies that the big blocks can only be moved with a group effort super inhale. This wouldn't be so bad if my AI companions weren't complete morons. I spent a good amount of time in front of one that you're supposed to move to stop an otherwise completely impassable tower of lava. I kept having my Kirby try to pull the block to him, holding that B button and hoping the allies I just called in would get the hint and do the same. Instead, they stood around uselessly and their crowding around pushed me and each other into the lava tower. When they weren't breaking away to pick up the random enemy that happened to cross our path, anyway. I tried to use that to my advantage and trick my allies into helping by luring the enemies into the tower, but that only resulted in more firewalking.
Turns out, any attack that rattles the screen (Stone, Burning wall impact, etc.) gives the big blocks a nudge in the right direction. No hint about this is given anywhere, not even in the manual. I discovered this completely by accident, and even then, I thought some kind of miracle happened and the AI players managed to pull the thing for a fleeting second. At least they weren't hiding anything important.
Guide dang it.
