I can only agree with you on Muramasa there... It's mainly powerful due to the fact that people tend to have 2000+ HP in competition play. Let's face it 500 damage in one chip when you've lost about 1/4 of your health is one reason for use and it is a trap for Tengu cross. The N chips are exremely powerful, and I didn't consider player error when mentioning it.
Just to be fair:
Super Vulcan - Alas, it would usually require a folder built about it for effective use. Therefore it isn't splashable. If it is why have I never seen machine gun in Starforce 2's online?
Tornado - Wait what?! This is another Multi-hit folder basis, when did splashable's definition change to effective folder types?
Static - And you said Muramasa was a double edged sword?
LifeSword - PAs are nerfed to one use only... Also 3 chips for 400 damage? Pathetic really. The element isn't too great either, Tengu cross has very little backing it up compared to say ELEC CROSS.
DoubleHero - You've got to be kidding me. 600 damage total, protoman deals 290 damage and is very hard to miss with, the blades on their own deal 150 each. So the PA increases damage by 10 and accuracy, IN FALZAR ONLY. This is a redundant PA, Stepsword B deals 160 sword damage, and can be utilized by slash cross for a 3 row wave or 210 damage. This means you either pay in risks or in folder fluency. Skillful chip use or PA use.
Wide-shot - I have little experience in playing with water in bn 6 but I see this as more of a freeze strategy support chip.
Wave arm - @.o You what?
Reflect - Only against the bosses, PvP has Killerman to make you suffer.
Train arrow - Again that's the basis of some folder types. I have little experience with playing with water, sorry.
Fast guage - Fast guage users burn their folders away faster... It's because they often don't use all their selected chips. What I believe you mean is:
Full custom - I just remembered this thing, it reduces Soul and Beast time, it also allows you more use of chip shuffle, can allow you to check your opponent's next move and may cause them to drop up to five chips along with their cross (idioticy or mind games). ONE chip can cause ALL of that and comes in * code?! Now that's useful! Full custom in that sense is a very timing based chip, so it may take a bit of logic and skill to use.
