Megaman Battle Network 5 - Team Colonel
Liberation Challenge - UnderNet 4
Folder Restrictions: Must have at least one chip of one attribute,
including non-attribute chips.[That's all 13 attributes]
MegaMan can only use BattleChips in any Soul Unison form or BassCross.
Elemental Chips:
ShadowMan - Elec & Wood not allowed
TomahawkMan - Aqua & Elec not allowed
NumberMan - Fire & Aqua not allowed
ToadMan - Fire & Wood not allowed
Sword & Non-attribute - No Restrictions
Wind - Only Wind Chip which can deal damage
Mark - No Restrictions
Recovery - No Restrictions
Break - No Restrictions
Shadow - Anti-Damage not allowed
Number - No Restrictions
Object/Summon - No Restrictions
Navi Chips - Team Protoman Navi Chips not allowed
PROGRAM ADVANCE - No Restrictions
Soul Unison Restrictions: All 6 Soul Unisons , Colonel Chaos & Knight Chaos may be used.
Throughout the Liberation Mission, all these 8 Unisons above MUST be shown ONCE!
There is no limit to how many times you use them.
Navi Customizer Restrictions: NCP BugStop is compulsory!!
[meaning your NC will have NO BUGS and has less than full space to place other NCPs]
WARNING: If you don't have BugStop yet, get it before you enter this challenge!

Compression Codes - No Restrictions
Liberation Restrictions: This is the tricky part!
1)1-Turn Liberation is COMPULSORY!!
2)Normal Liberation - that member still can move & use non-liberating Orders but cannot enter Battle next phase.
[Sneak Attack, Number Check & Toad Song are still useable]
3)Failed Liberation - that member can only move in the next phase.
[Cannot battle or use Orders]
4)Failed Liberation THREE times - that member must move to the beginning of the area and cannot be used for the rest of the mission!!
[IE. REMOVED FROM MISSION]
5)DELETED during a Liberation Battle ONCE - same effect as (4) [But I doubt that will ever happen...]
6)If ALL of your team members didn't get 1-Turn Liberation individually, you MAY skip your next phase.
If you do, you can ignore rule (2) & (3)! [Rule (4) & (5), which permenently removes any 'failure members', still applies...]
WARNING: If ALL members have Failed Liberation THREE times EACH or DELETED ONCE,
then you must use the START button to cancel the Mission.
[Meaning you FAILED the Challenge]
Do note that this means that Sucess of Failed, I still want to see you show this Challenge's progess!
[Remember: Failed Liberation THREE times or DELETED ONCE, you LOSE that member PERMENENTLY]
Boss Restrictions: [Dark Colonel]
When you are in the position to attack Dark Colonel (you should know when),
ALL Liberation Restrictions above are negated, but only Megaman can take action!
[This means that if Megaman was removed from the mission via Rule 4 or 5, he must be pulled back to battle Dark Colonel!]
