In pokemon Emerald, there's a cooltrainer in Norman's gym that owns a Wigglituff. The thing is, I never got to know where to get a Jigglypuff in this version. Can anyone help me?

I think you can get one above the first gym town (forgot name) by surfing past the meteor falls exit and there will be a semi-secret place, there will be trainers, berries, and grass with jigglies, swellows, and some others. Hope I helped.

If I'm not wrong, you can find it on Route 115. It's in the same grass with Taillow and Swablu (not sure though)

All I know is that Jigglypuffs are common in R/S/E in tall grass near the start and (I was thinking of Whismur, sorry.) middle point of the map.
I think they were near the Meteor Craters.

Did you have to open an 8 month old thread that has already been answered?
