Ah yes, the usual. I'll just cut to the chase and spare you my usual rambling.

1) propr gramer plzkthx
I can understand the occasional misspelling. If English isn't your primary language, that's fine too. But age, country, and minor handicaps are no excuse for posts littered with AOL abbreviations and l33t-speak. It doesn't take two seconds longer to type a Y and an O in front of a U. The number two has a vastly different definition than "too" and "to". Numbers are no substitute. You see where I'm going with this.
While it doesn't constitute a warning or punishment, it may cause a bit of administrative bias on my part, so watch yourself.
2) Stupid, Pointless, and Annoying Messages (and it makes an awful sandwich, too)
Spam. Posts with few words and even less meaning. If you're going to post, make it something that can be talked about... built upon... or at least have some kind of point. If you're going to comment on something, constructive posts are preferred. And I'd like to see posts bigger than five words. While we're at it, flaming and hateful messages are among those I don't want to see, either.
2a) Don't "i wan a challange plox! ;-;" us.
Due to recent happenings this point will be made clear. Do not open threads in other CT's boards to ask for challenges. Do not send PMs asking for challenges or any questions about why Person A only gives Person B challenges, but not you. If you send a PM to someone asking for a challenge, you will be warned immediately. To all those who recieve PMs like that, please forward it to one of the admins, we will take care of it.
3) Keep the swearing down, b - whoa there.
I'll be the first to admit I have an extremely low tolerance for dirty mouths. I understand people need to vent from time to time and that some do it with some coarse language, but I don't need any F-bombs dropped around here. I'll allow some moderate swearing for the most part... as long as you don't use anything serious every other word in your posts.
3a) Water is a valueable good, and we shouldn't waste it on your flames.
We do not tolerate any harassment in here. Especially not if it goes against any nation/ethnicicity/religion/sexuality/etc. This will result in instant penalty (especially when it comes to the word "gay". Use it in the right way, cause otherwise you will be bitten by Fay). Also provoking, threatening or insulting members of this board is not allowed and will - depending on seriousness - result in penalty, as well.
4) Don't bring your potential lawsuits to me. And you can keep your big kids stuff, too.
I'll keep it simple. If it's illegal, I don't want it here. If it's adult, keep it away. ROMs, porn, hentai, warez, erotica, and the like are not welcome here at all.
5) If we wanted you to raise the dead, we'd be a necromancy forum.
Topics have an average shelf life of 30 days after their last post. Month-old topics are considered "dead". If a post is made in a topic over a month old, consider yourself warned... unless you're the topic-starter and you have something to add.
6) I don't want to say "Crikey, that's a big'n!"... wait, I just did. Okay, just for pictures.
Let's not see any page stretchers when it comes to graphics. In fact, let's just say... any picture wider than 450 pixels must be text-linked. Signature images can't be any wider than 450 pixels and no taller than 175 pixels. 450x175.
Also, there's only ONE picture in each signature allowed. Alternative you may use up to three Userbars.
Addition by Fay: Raised the height to 175 pixels and added the amount restriction.
7) One is the lonliest number... but it's favorable here.
The edit button does exist for a reason. If you made a mistake, edit it. If forgot to add something, edit it in. Let's not see any doubleposting... unless you're the thread owner and have something to add and no one has posted between your updates.
8) Name your desires!
Please remember, guys. There is the need to clearly write what you want in your thread title. Just posting a thread named "HELP!!" or "Question" (we have already 5 or 6 threads named like that...) won't help us to keep an eye over the current threads. Especially if the content of the thread is actually different than the title.
9) Moderators: Your friends and helpers.
Except you're annoying. But that's another topic. If you have any question about the board, the rules or anything else, please, don't open a thread (especially not named "Question"), send a Private Message to one of the moderators, Kayorei, legoman or Fay.
10) Laird Gavin McDullahan of Greydustshire...? That's cool, but not here, please
Unfortunately, proboards doesn't offer a restriction on the length of nicknames, so we have to do that manually. Due to recent happenings, the length of nicknames may have a Maximum of 15 characters, including spaces, and may not have any comma included.
Even Franziska von Karma agrees with that.
EDIT: Added in a note about mutliposting (Rule 7).
EDIT: Added in Rule 8 and 9.
EDIT: Added in Rule 2a
