Interesting argument, DIM. However, there are a few holes.
For one thing, the battle field when you fight Freezeman is not standard. It's all ice panals, and a few hole panals (where, I don't remember). If the holes are on the two farmost corners of the field, Coldman would be on the same level as Freezeman, and be stuck in one place.
Other than that, it really is a pretty balanced fight. Coldman will be able to hit Freezeman with his Ice Cubes and White Breath, and the ice shield can be broken by the Iceberg Press. However, I don't rule Freezeman out so soon. His Ice Tower homes in on the opponant, and Coldman doesn't move around that much. Also, the icicles falling from the ceiling act sort of like F-Beast's Aqua Nail attack, landing in three random areas of the field depending on where the enemy is standing. Again, Coldman doesn't move around a lot unless he does the Iceberg Press, which he only does after he summons his Ice Cubes and uses his White Breath. The battle might take a while and be a constant tug-of-war, but in the end, I would have a agree the Coldman would outlive Freezeman.

Nah, I'm going with Freezeman on this one. At least one of his icicles hits the enemy, and with his Wind(I think it was), it would blow Coldy back to the row before he can push the ice cube. If it was Fan, free damage from Icicles. And Ice Tower would pretty much obliterate him. Only 1 of Coldman's attacks gets through the Ice Barrier, and Freezeman was a hell-a lot more annoying than Coldman.
Freezeman FTW.

Another battle. This one might be a bit controversial.
Beastman vs. Slashman
Game Style
Yes, it's the navi who was thought to be Slashman versus the real deal. Let's look at them both, shall we?
Beastman, from what I can see, likes to move every second or so. Also, all of his attacks invade the enemy's field. His Jumping Claw lands in front of the enemy's current position, his Beast Ray forms a diagonal line with the enemy position, and his ever-annoying Wild Rush forms an asterix-like symbol over the enemy's position. Beastman moves at least 3-5 times before attacking.
Slashman likes to move, too. However, he moves at a slow pace, and then speeds up to Quickman-like speeds before attacking. His Wide Slash is similar to the Jumping Claw, only it can only go in front of the enemy, and it attacks twice. His Rolling Slash is like a homing Boomer chip: Slashman travels in an arc until he comes to the collum you're on, and then continues that way. His Triple Edge summons six kunai, two at a time at random rows.
Slashman's attack pattern might be a bit more predicatable than Beastman, but he still has a good chance of winning. Slashman will always move around a lot before attacking, much like Quickman does. Beastman doesn't move nearly as fast, and if he tries the Jumping Claw or Beast Ray during Slashman's movement, it's more likely that he'll miss. Slashman, however, might miss Beastman with the Wide Slash or Rolling Slash just after Beastman finishes his attack. So in layman's terms, Beastman can't hit Slashman while he's moving, and Slashman can't hit Beastman while he's attacking.
The only thing that Slashman would have to worry about is the Wild Rush, but that can be stopped by a simple kunai hitting Beastman while Slashman uses his Triple Edge. While both navis are similar, Slashman might have an easier time, mainly because his Triple Edge is a better back-up attack than Beastman's Wild Rush, and they can't seem to hit each other with their other attacks.
Winner: Slashman
