Well, since I've already beaten NORMAL Bass, and I haven't gotten to the G-Beast, I can't do either Bass.
...but I don't understand what you're saying.
Edit: Is that 'why'? Well, I've explained that.

Folder Restrictions: Use as many wind chips as possible. If you don't have enough, fill the rest of the slots with paralyzing-effect chips (Thunder, Sensor series, etc.).
NaviCust Restrictions: You may use NumberOpen if you have it. Other wise, just use as many custom+ parts as possible.
Misc. Restrictions: KillerMan's charge shot can only be used when ElementMan is Green or Yellow.
Let me know if you have any problems with this challenge. =D

Enemy: Flashman V3 Style: Normal Cust: Only Undersht. Folder: Only use chips that can hit an enemy if there are 3 or 4 panels between Megaman and Flashman. Only 2 Megachips, no PAs, no Giga chips. Only 3 Grass chips. Extra: I got nothing for this
