This isn't particularly original but...Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Yeah. And I guarantee it will be harder this time; you're restricted to a particular character with a certain special condition. However, you may do this solo or co-op. I expect Co-Op will be easier despite the higher handicaps.
*Match: 3 stock, no time limit *Human character(s): Pit (for both players in Co-Op too) *CPU characters: Olimar (ally, L7), Meta Knight (both enemies, teamed, L9) *Handicap (both you and your ally): 50% for Normal Solo, 80% for Hard Solo or Normal Co-Op, 100% for Hard Co-Op *Stage: Battlefield *No items, as usual *Special Condition: B moves are banned for human players. Don't worry, however; Pit's only punished harshly by B banning mainly because of a couple of CPU-destroying tactics. And you don't need BOTH members of your team to survive (yourself or the CPU Olimar/other Pit). You just need to beat the two Meta Knights, which under the restrictions should prove Meta Knight to not be broken. *Recommended for viewers, if optional: Damage gauge off, Hard difficulty, record both Solo and Co-Op.
Don't worry, I playtested on the Hard Solo variant, with the damage gauges showing off. It's tough, but I shattered the two Meta Knights, on a playtest where Olimar was offed before one of the two themselves was eliminated. The intent of the challenge is to prove Meta Knight to not be broken like people claim. That's why the CPU ally is meant to be shoddy, but still there to reduce pressure from mob mentality. (Obviously, in Co-Op, that drawback won't apply. That's why the Co-Op handicaps are higher.)
Addendum (5:30 AM PST): I just tried the Hard Solo variant with Game & Watch being the opponents instead, because I think G&W is the one who is broken. Oh my goodness. The two G&Ws can kill you in one hit with certain attacks. They're actually harder, if slightly, than the two Meta Knights, despite the fact that the CPU has an apparent fondness of Chef, which we know is glaringly bad in a serious fight.....wait. Maybe the h4x percentage kills was done to make G&W suitable practice with the awful AI that doesn't even abuse the key very well. I'm sorry, but no it doesn't. Meta Knight is better at being a workable CPU threat. All of Meta Knight's moves are viable, and AI Meta Knight actually tries to corner you. G&W just gets his 2D butt handed to him when there's no handicaps involved.

And I'm still waiting.
Of course, it's not like it matters anymore. Brawl can never hope to be perfectly balanced as long as finding a decent way to fight a competent Pit arrow abuser is impossible.

...*post*
Enemy: ProtomanFZ(or the strongest)
Cust restr: no cust parts
chip restr: at least 5 reflectors, at least 5 m-cannons at least 5 multi-hits, 4 multi-hit navichips, and ProtomanSP(chip!)
other: 1. must use all reflectors in 3 turns, they must hit protoman 2. if protoman is at half health, use multihits(navichips too) until he is at low health if not, use m-cannon to bring him to half health 3. ProtomanSP must be the finishing blow
EDIT: the 5 m-cannon is now 3 m-cannon the rest must be replaced with either a non-attacking chip or a weaker version of the chip...
this goes with any other chip restrictions
