Hi everyone! NeoArashi here! (oops, wrong place to say that, I usually say that on my Youtube annuonce video)
*hum hum*
Recently (like 3 weeks ago, tops) I started something with a friend I've known for almost three years though Youtube/MSN. After talking about only video games for this time, I asked her if she'd like to become pen-pal with me. She agreed, and so we became pen-pals (We still chat on MSN to talk about casual stuff though) And just 10 minutes ago, I started this Pen-pal stuff with another someone
I have this (very) little project. 2, in fact.
The first one is just a casual pen-pal stuff. I want to have as many pen-pals as possible . And I'm sure at least one of you would rather receive hand-made letters than E-mails (I do prefer letters than E-mails)
The second is kind of a Chain letter stuff. People who are interrested will form the ''chain'' Let's say I, LE, Molletman(and his brother Hot-hit) Bardpado and Foozdude participate (I picked random people here)
-I write something (not a story, just a little something) I sign itsend it to say... Fooz
-Foozdude add something to the letter WITHOUT LOOKING AT WHAT I WROTE, sign it and send it at say... LE
-LightEffexor write something, again, without looking at what was written so far, he sign it and send it to the Mollet brothers
-Here, each brother will wrote something, with the same rule of not looking at what was written. In their case, they may either write their part together or write it separately without looking at the other brother's part, they both sign and send to to Bardpado
-Bard write the final part of the text, with the same rules, sign it and send it back to me.
Now that the chain is complete. I will read the whole stuff, and write the whole letter, word for words here.
The reason I want to do this trhough mail- and not e-mails is that it would be too easy to cheat with emails, while with a letter, you just have to fold the paper to avoid any kind of cehating. Also Sending real letter allows to send a VERY small gift (very small, like a card or something))
In both ways, you will have to be willing to give your real adress to at least one person, and be willing to spend about $2-3 US (tops)
How do you like this idea? I think it's a great way to make friends afar!
