Game: Battle Network 6 (Any version) Boss: Judgeman RV
Folder Restrictions: Must use OFFENCIVE STANDARD chips with codes that spells ''NeoArashi has a kickass hat'' the spaces count as * coded chips. That should make 27 chips. The remaining 3 chips will be 3* Mega Chips that won't be used (you can get your version's * coded navi chips in the number trader, I think)
Conditions: Must do at least 19 Counter hit (I chose Judgeman since he's the easiest to counter) You must use ALL 27 chips on him, and must not use them on the books he summons (unless you manage to damage BOTH Judgeman AND the boks at the same time)
Optional request: You must comment on my kickass hat in the comments you put at the end (it doesn't have to be positive comment)

As usual, making sure I fully understand the conditions. a)Do I have to use them in any specifical order or I may as well use three * coded chips and 2 S coded chips in one turn? b)Do I have to hit JudgeMan with the chips? If yes, I'm not sure if that's possible. JudgeMan doesn't have THAT much HP and counter hits powering up my chips... Well, lets just say that average damage per chip would have to be ~70 not counting counter hits and multi-hits. It's about 40-45 with counter hits included... With my average damage in the folder being like 80-85.

Yes you have to cause damage with all the chips, For multihits, you don't have to make all shots hit Judgeman (let's say you use Vulcan 3. Of the 5 shots, at least 1 has to hit). And if your Folder is plagued with canons and Air Shot, it's possible to use all 27 chips. And no, you don't have to use them in specific order, since that would be impossible.

... I know it may sound strange... But this challenge is impossible. Average power of chips I'd have to use is ~70 if they are single-hitting and no damage multipliers. Considering that I've got to counter him at least 19 times. 19 of chips will do the double damage. In other words, at least 19 chips must be single-hitting and have less than 40 power. I can barely find a few, maybe 6-7 chips like that. Oh, and believe me - JudgeMan is not the easiest to counter.
