As for the dimming card, i've seen a video in which someone protected himself from SiriusX by shielding just before the attack. Apply this principle to all screen-dimming cards, and you're good. ...of course, someone would cry 'But how do you know when he's gonna use it?! This is too hard! RAGEQUIT' >_> Speaking of, does the cut-in feature for SF2 exist in SF3?

Well, you can make opponent flinch or attack continuosly with non-flinching attacks, or use Barrier, Aura, Invis, etc. As for cut-in, it's when when you want to use screen-dimming chips, but then "!!" will appear and your opponent uses a chip then? If yes, then cut-in is included.

The shield slipped my mind for a game and a half because all of the attacks up to that point were either avoidable or you could just take the hit and not care. That and they never put any emphasis on the shield. So they tell you how to use it, but they never SHOW you how it can be used. BN4 dedicated a tutorial to counter hits. SF doesn't have a shield tutorial.
And if Cepheus can revive his minions (He can actually do that?! How does that work?!), why does he not do this SOONER? Like, he's never all, "Look guys you have infinite lives! Just attack him all at once! You'll win eventually!" in SF1. And none of them come back in SF2. So did it just slip his mind? DID THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO SACRIFICED THEMSELVES JUST SLIP HIS MIND?! AAAAAARGH!!!
And they could just have you fight Harp Note for the same reason you fight Taurus and Cygnus in this game: For practice. They've had that excuse before.
Oh yeah, someone used Pegasus Magic GX in an online fight the other day. Now think about that. They brought back Pegasus Magic GX...which means DRAGON SKY GX IS BACK TOO! WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?! Having to do IDA for it doesn't make much difference. It's legal as far as the game is concerned. Nothing stops people from using it.
And yeah, the cut-in feature exists in SF3. But before someone says what I know he's gonna say, using Invis before a screen-dimming card relies on:
-Having Invis at the ready when the opponent uses a screen-dimming card -Knowing that he has a screen-dimming card at the ready himself (Unlike BN you can't see that star over the other guy's head that denotes he has a Navi card ready) -Your opponent not having an Invis-piercing card...pretty sure there are none in this game, though.

Dragon Sky GX can be obtained via Illegal Data. What boss do you find the hardest? I think that fighting Sirius Omega was really tough.

Cephus became brothers with Geo, so he wouldn't attack Earth...
Also, you can get ALL THE GIGA CARDS FROM ALL THE OTHER SF GAMES. It's from random Illegal Data from PvP(I'm not sure) or Navi battles when your Noise is REALLY REALLY high.
Hey, I have WickedFlame, but where's the one with Virgo... Ray of Light, I think?

I thought the final boss was the hardest out of every boss the first time you fight them. However, the "R" bosses will challenge you no matter how good you are; Club Strong R is currently the toughest one I've fought. Only I can't do the rest of them since you have to collect 100 standard cards to go any farther than that. Yep. Only 26 more to go. No hints to where a given virus is found. No BBS to give hints. Fun.
Speaking of which, anyone notice that BN3 still has the largest number of "cards" in any BN or SF game? I mean, REALLY! That's probably counting stronger versions of other cards, however.

I have 15 seconds or less for most R bosses, and Crimson Dragon is one of the EASY ones. Someone hasn't fought SiriusV3/Sirius∑ yet.

Counter Hits are an "advanced" strategy, though. Pressing Y to put up a shield, however, is not. Really, it should be common sense to know how to use a shield. ...And, how is a 500-damage wave easy to take? Perhaps because it takes energy to revive EM beings? Or because of how Cepheus became friends with Geo at the end, and so had no reason to send his warriors to Earth in the second game? True, however, there is still the question of why Geo would want to fight her, even if only for practice. Yes, the GX cards are indeed in this game, as well. However, they are incredibly rare, even from the strongest bosses of the game. You also forgot about how every card pierces Invis once the Noise ratio reaches red, which is 200% in PvP. I thought the final boss was the hardest out of every boss the first time you fight them. However, the "R" bosses will challenge you no matter how good you are; Club Strong R is currently the toughest one I've fought. Crimson Dragon actually has the slowest and most avoidable attacks of the series' three final bosses, and I already have R records under 10 seconds for each and every one of them, some without really trying. ...I am relatively certain that there are at least 300 different cards in this game, counting all of the upgraded versions and IDA, which beats Battle Network 3. ...Let me see, 197 for the normal Library, another 14 for the X versions of the normal Mega cards, 40 cards or so for the "secret" Mega cards, around 10 secret Giga cards, countless secret Standards...yes, definitely well over 300 cards.

BTW, many of the 3 level cards are behind that door.

Listen, you truly need to depend more on multihitters and strong cards - Is what my friends say. I'm like "So is that why I can kick everyone of your guy's butts?" Until my best friend hacked the game and made it so he has 99 of every card. He's the only one I can't beat. Has anyone attempted to hack SF3? I wonder if it's possible without using (dare I say) *cough* ROMs *cough*.

I can certainly forsee (sp?) Spade Magnes R getting killed in less than one second:
Dragon Sky GX + Ophiuca Noise + (2 x Attack + 10) = 1000 damage total. Which doubles due to Magnes's Wood weakness...which kills him instantly.
