I thought i'd like to start taking some challenges as well. GuidelinesGames available: Megaman Battle network 3 White Navis available on BN3: All except for SP/Omega navis. These are Flashman, Gutsman, Beastman, Bubbleman, Desertman, Plantman, Flameman, Drillman, Kingman, Protoman, Darkman, Pre-Alpha Bass and Alpha. Styles on MMBN3: Aqua custom V3, Challenges can be anything from limited chips, to time limits. Just make sure they ARE able to be accomplished, don't be sending me to fight Bass with chips that do less than 100 damage So get the brains thinking, and come up with some things! EDIT 6/7/09: Changed the ruleset slightly, only doing BN3 White from this point onwards. Completed Challenges:Challenge 1: Vs. GatemanChallenge 2: Vs. Heatman & Napalman Challenge 3: Vs. GutsmanChallenge 4: Vs. PlantmanChallenge 5: Vs. Protoman Challenge 6: Vs. Flam(e)man Challenge 7: Vs. Bubbleman*NEW*

Making a video Guideline will help alot. Yay another fellow MMBN 2 challenge taker: Game: MMBN2 Boss: Heatman and Napalman Folder restrictions: Whoever you fight first will be defeated by null element chips only and you must only use chips of 90 power and less, no multi-hit. After defeating the first navi the restrictions are as following: Napalman: - You may use fire chips with power from 100 - 200
- You may use any bomb based chip
- You must stay at the back squares
- You may use multi-hit chips that have power over 50 and no more than 3 hits
Heatman: - You may use any Fire chip you want
- You must stay off the same row as your opponent as much as possible (you have 3 seconds to get off the row)
- You may use a style
- You may use navi chips that do not multi-hit and have less than 150 power. No roll.
Hmm good luck is all I can say. If this is too hard tell me and I can tweak the restrictions a little.

A Guidelines video would really help.
Game: Battle Network 2 Enemy: Gateman V3 Restrictions: Only use chips under 100 damage that aren't multihit,or sword chips or Gigas. Only use one Megachip under 100 damage.
Good Luck!

gateman challenge is done,
there arn't any mega or giga chips in BN2, so i changed it to one navi chip instead.
It'll be upped on youtube once i get the guideline vid done.
After which I'll start recording barrellmans challenge.
Quick question about the vid making bit.
I decided to add an after challenge summary, like most of the challenges i've seen have, however slide changes before the end of the text finishes on the previous slide, is there anyway to give the slides a delay, so the text is visible on screen for longer? (Using windows movie maker to do this)

Barrellmans challenge is done, however I had to drop the "stay on the back row" part, because half the time, there wasn't a back row, only a back square and i'd have been a sitting duck for the god forsaken vulcans he has (i only have 1 airshoe chip)
I also picked up Aqua team when i was getting some chips for this challenge, which came in handy for napalmman.
I'll up the challenge vids now, and get round to the guidelines vid when i have the strength to get demo footage for all the navis.

Hmm I see you beat heatman first. Well that didnt mean staying on the back squares it just meant to stay off the same row as Napalman. Still from what i've seen now, you did not stay on the samer row for the amount of time stated at all. So challenge complete well done.
A few tips for WMM: 1. It sucks (yes this IS a tip) 2. For more precise editing use the timeline view, go on view then show timeline instead of storyboard. (if you didn't already to that) 3. To make a clip bigger or larger go on timeline view then click on the clip, it should come up with arrows either side, just click on one and drag it outwards to lengthen it and vice versa.
Anyway good work on the challenge ^^.

Thanks, I've figured out how to make the slides appear on screen slightly longer now, before it changed slide before the previous one had even finished. Hopefully i get a some more challenges, they're really fun to do, and it makes a change from trying to defeat them as fast as humanly possible

I haven't been there for a long while and I'm not just going to write some random crap . Game - MMBN 2 Enemy - NapalmMan v3[ Restrictions - Use fire and aqua chips only. For each aqua chip you must have 5 fire chips, none of those can have more than 140 damage or hit more than twice. You must hit with every chip you use. Use 5 fire->Aqua->5 Fire->Aqua ->5 Fire->Aqua-> 5 Fire->Aqua->5 Fire->Aqua pattern. Finishing move has to be Aqua chip. Use WoodShield style, but without any shield use. May only move on either middle column or middle row. If it needs changes or if I need to clarify something, just ask me.

Shin, by 140 power or less, is this just the fire chips or all chips? also, may the charged shot be used? And the move in middle row + column thing, i may request that it be modified slighty, on terms that napalman and his *censored* vulcans have a habit of continously row locking me, meaning i get raped by the vulcans, and can't move.

Well it's true challenges are fun so heres another one: (seen as you did so well on the last one) Game: MMBN3 Style: Elecshadow (My fave style ^^) Boss: Alpha Chip restrictions: Use chips that imitate bass' attacks E.G: Cannon (as it goes forward) and Magnum (One of his attack) You may not however use life Aura. Navi-cust restrictions: Must bug the program "alpha" and you may put in either: - 2 Attack + 1's
- HP + 100
- 4 Speed +1's
Nothing else Misc restrictions: His membrane must only FULLY restore a total of 5 times. In other words when it repairs to when you started the battle. All I can say is good luck and FINALLY another person who comes from England besides me and Hot ^^.
