Ok, I tried to make challenge MMA into a series, that failed, so to try and recycle the idea (and thanks to Kirbopher15 for the idea) I was going to try and make a flash series. I am on the idea, but can't do it until I have 2 or 3 things. 1. The new plot (probably the same, but with a major repair job to it) 2. People to voiceact in the special episodes (or even to hav there character appear in it. 3. The Flash Maker itself.
Characters would include: Half the rockman EXE cast, Megaman Advance, Roxan Domini (Character made in the original plot that a friend of mine helped me think up), and X Zero (appeared in the script of MMA season 2). Probably more along the way.
You can ask for your character to appear, 4 of his abilities in battle, and obviously what kind of sprites I should use. For artists, I would ask for a drawing.
I would like a recommendation at least of a flash creator to use, so I can buy/download it. Christmas will be my income for that (and WoW).
Obviously, the story is about 5 years after bn6 because Megaman EXE is in it, plus Lan is in college is I remember right. (or is he on a mission in Sharo... huh....)
I would like to thank anyone for there participation in this.

First off, do you know how to work in said Flash animation making device?
If not, then I shall not answer anything else. It would be best to obtain and educate yourself in the program before asking for voice actors, especially if you find out you cannot get yourself to do this - considering the 'Challenge MMA' fell through without aid of a newer program.
It depends on your skill level and varying challenges. Not to mention fanbase.

It's not going to Tie in with Challenge MMA, those will be completely different. I also know how i'm going to work it. Ever seen Tv Tome Adventures? Well, it's gonna be like that.

My points - aside from the relation to Challenge MMA - still stand.
Having the program, and judging your skill in said program is a key factor.
Too big a task to learn, and you'll be deterred. Too little effort to learn, and your results will be subpar.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, but...
Fooz brings a very good point. While it sounds okay in theory, it's the preparation that kills. Though basic Flash animating isn't difficult, it's still quite a bit to take in and very time-consuming (at least on Flash MX, which is what I use sometimes). Especially if you want it to look good.
Moreover, unless you mean to do a bit of piracy, the newest Adobe Flash animator program costs several hundred dollars. Last time I checked, anyway. Best of luck getting your hands on it legally.
If you do have the patience and the funds to pull it all off, then... well, hope it turns out well. In my state, I can't really help much more than this. ... If you can really call this "helping"...

Ah, right, and the price - if you didn't have a copy already. However, if you do get this working, I might want to lend a hand with voices. You should post the roles you need filled, alongside a personality for each - this is to prevent spoilers. But then again, this raises the problem of differing microphone quality, and background noises. Hm. ... If you can really call this "helping"... Devil's advocate is a helpful - if a little forceful - means of criticism.

Yeah, i'm not to concerned with voice problems, just google "Audacity". It's a free sound program that can cut off background noise, and change your tone. Pretty good voice program if you ask me.
Well, I will have to say it'll take time to learn how to use the flash maker. I never said it would work right off the bat. Also, price isn't gonna kill, I get ALOT of money on christmas.
I am also casting aside ALL laziness factors to get this done. It's been 5 years in the making, and I finally have the chance, and plans to. I will admit voice acting was too soon, so i'll say not to give submissions for it, but suggestions for flashmakers I could really use that.

but suggestions for flashmakers I could really use that. ... you mean you started planning this without a concrete idea of which pr- nevermind, now I just sound like a pompous twat. Depends on how much you want / can afford to spend, really. Macromedia Flash is the most common, and probably one of the more expensive ones. ... and I doubt there's too many substitutes out there, unfortunately.

Ugh, I use Flash MX: Professional, and that's a pain in the ass. He's got an advantage that if he's using sprites all he has to do is motion tween the hell out of them or set all the sprites in the database in little drag and drop motiffs, and wah-lah, sprite movie is go.
I do not know anyone who'd put time into trying to help build the animation without some form of currency exchange. I don't know any flash substitutes that wouldn't be actually going up in price either for that matter.
I did see this rather entertaining try once that had a .gif animation set up so that it looped with a bit of a white space before the animation. That gave a red screen right before the actual animation started. When the red screen appeared you where suppost to start this audio file beneath it so that it sync'd.
It was a brave attempt, but worked only in the sense that 80's anime worked. Usually you'd be off by a fraction, and get to watch the gif as if through bad dubbing. Lips move, pause, words are said.

Well, I may use macromedia flash, the thing is I can't really say for sure. It's NOT going to be very original i'll tell you that. This is why i've divided it from MMAS2 and challengetaking all together. I am going to ask Kirb (or find that video where he tells us) what he uses because he said it seemed to be the best type of flash animator.

Please tell me what this series is about before I make any commitments. If it's simply a ripoff of TTA, then I probably won't want to do it.

Same sprite programming as TTA, but different story. Virtually the MMA series as it was suppost to be seen.

Oh. Alright. But practice with flash first! I see too much utter crap being shoved into the NewGrounds Portal and passing judgement! If you submit it to NG, I won't review it leniently. I'm one of the few strict reviewers on NG. After seeing the first few episodes, then I might offer to do a voice.

Same format as TTA, so no sound with the voices for about 3 episodes to get ahold of what i'm going to do. The plot could go 3 ways.
edit: Asked kirb, probably wont get a response on what he uses, so ill look at his little TTA Q&A vid... ok not too little.....
Anywho, i'll take submissions for characters. I also have to learn how to make sprites/ find sprites that look like the characters already.
