Game: BN6 Opponenet: Colonel RV, Circusman RV Play as: Megaman for Colonel, Tomahawkman for Circusman. NC: Can only contain Superarmor and no other parts. Folder: For colonel, use only 1 Alphabets per chip, meaning there can only be 1 A chip, 1 B chip and so on. Does not include * chip. You can have as much * chip as you want but you must have chip ranging A-Z. Damage Cap of 100. For Circusman, Tomahawkman can only use his charge attack for the finishing blow, and since Circusman always hang on the last columm, Area Grab is a must. Can only contain 18 Attacking chip, level cap of 150. No multi-hit. If you run out of attacking chip, you may use your buster or charge attack. Tell me if it's too hard, I'll change it, don't sent it to the lost challenge immediately

I hate dropping challenges so I would never drop immeadiately, however I do have a question:
By level cap at 150 do you mean the cap of recovery chips? Or the damage cap as you have already said the damage cap is 100.

It means that the Damage can't go over 150
