So, Concrete Shot = Most useless master weapon since Top Spin?
(I've had all of two uses for it. Galaxy Man, and those instant death beams in Wily 1.)

So, Concrete Shot = Most useless master weapon since Top Spin? (I've had all of two uses for it. Galaxy Man, and those instant death beams in Wily 1.) I'd say it helps those who aren't confident in their jumping skills, but if you can make pretty much any jump without trouble, then the Concrete Shot does serve to be rather useless - excluding the points you've mentioned.

Dr. Light is framed this time, seeing as he made the Robots. Sometime after Robot master No. 3 I think, The arrest him. Strange. Right after I beat the first guy, Light was arrested. Maybe it's after you beat Galaxyman. Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that Light built these robots to benefit mankind, sort of like he did in MM1. Here's what I think each RM was intended for. Galaxyman: Deep space exploration Jewalman: Archeology Plugman: Electrical work Tornadoman: No clue Magmaman: Deforestation or spelunking. Can't decide which. Hornetman: Gardening Splashwoman: Deep sea exploration Concreteman: Construction On another note, does anyone know where I can find concept art for the game? I'm wondering what the RMs look like when they aren't 8-bit sprites.

Now that I think about it, with 20 robots in his care (well, 19 since Protoman isn't their a lot of the time. And yes, I am counting the MM1 RMs), Light is beginning to get a taste of what Wily has to go through. Think about it. In almost every web comic to date, Wily has had to contend with all of his creations and their quirky personalities. Now, Light gets to see what that is like, only on a smaller scale. Hooray for him.
I wonder what that be like? I can already envision Roll and Splashwoman talking about girl things, and Magmaman and Fireman trying to one-up each other to prove which one's better, but what would other interactions be like?

Too bad the ending only involves the MM9 RMs and not the MM1. But if you played it long enough, you can guess why. @ Syaro: its that and I just loved MM9. Despite having 10 or so Game overs.
