Unfortunately, I don't actively play Mega Man games. But I do have Super Smash Bros. Brawl available. I'll most likely add other games in the future as well.
Here's the playlist:

(Oldest video shows the guidelines.)
*Available games:
-Super Smash Bros. Brawl
-Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
-Battalion Wars
-Battalion Wars 2
-Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
*Locked games:
-Kirby Super Star Ultra
*Rules:
-No "no damage" runs outside games or levels where you naturally die by taking *VERY* few hits or less to begin with. This rule is especially to deter 15 minute no damage runs. (Diskmaster, if you ever see this, I'm looking at your KSSU challenge.) How many things can you name that would be worse than spending 15 minutes just to get hit at the hope spot?
-No Casualties Runs, on the other hand, are perfectly acceptable, and even encouraged. Granted, if you think a No Casualties Run would be impossible, just go ahead and say so. But try to build your challenges around having them.
-Boss Rushes, as of 7/28/2009, are banned. They either are just tedious beyond belief, or have overboard restrictions. I thought the problem with Diskmaster's KSSU challenge was the lack of playtesting. But guess what? I tried Quirino's Boss Rush challenge and had to fight 2 ridiculously easy yet time-consuming bosses (Krow and Kudgel) over and over and over again only to get hit by one of several others, especially on Kaptain K. Rool's last phase. I finally complete the Boss Rush, only to find myself above the time limit. I am *NOT* subjecting myself to this sort of insanity again, and anybody who in the future thinks they can issue me a challenge that expects this can expect to find themselves in the Hall of Shame.
-Since I'm on the subject, don't waste your time issuing challenges for Subspace Emissary levels or 15 Minute Brawl (in SSBB). Subspace Emissary levels in general are just loaded with stupidity and/or ridiculous length. 15 Minute Brawl......I don't think I need to say anything.
-Do not impose implausible time limits. You shouldn't need to anyway, because speedruns are uncreative for starters, and they like to abuse exploits, defeating the whole point of a challenge. If you impose an overly restrictive time limit, I will likely add only one extra special condition but make the time limit much higher, likely to the point where I won't have to rush nearly as much.
-For goodness' sake, please playtest your challenges. I reserve the right to modify or reject challenges, especially if I suspect a lack of playtesting.
