The Shell: As far as I know, the shell takes around 500 damage, 1000 for his XA version. Destroy it and you can damage him. In this form, He will summon Errands(Murrians) to attack you with their swords and lazers. Move left or right to dodge them. He will also throw holes on random places in the field that HURT! When the panel flashes, mive left or right. You can also try your shield.
Form 2: NOW he decides to move. He has his attacks from form 1, plus a whole set of new attacks.
Drill Arm: Signified when his arms turn to drills. He also uses this in form 1, but its not as long. The panels will either light up in a straight line, or a half-cross. Move off the line to dodge the drills. Keep doing this 'till the attacks over.
Gattling Gun: A rip-off of Alpha's gattling gun. Since this attack doesn't cause invis, it can really hurt. You can either shield, use invis, or try to keep moving off the flashing panels, although with the latter, your bound to get hurt.
Breaking Swords(what else should I call them?): His hands will change into giant swords, and he will slam them down on your area. Step off the panels that are flashing, and repeat a second time for the other sword. This is a breaking attack(obviously).
Mu Lazer/Desperation attack: He will use an attack similar to the "Le Mu" Battle card, only this time it's not invis peircing. You MUST use invis for this, since the attack is too long to use your shield for.
Moving: Its not an attack, he's just moving. He cannot be hit by ANYTHING when he's moving.
Recommended set-up: SuperArmor, Max Buster(or SF Power mega-weapon), Tribe King(makes things easier), Wide Range cards, and either multi-hitters, or Strong, one hit cards. Don't forget, we all love time-stopper(s).

I beat Le Mu XA twice with this setup.
Form 1: hopefully you got some Recovery chips/Holy Panel in your opening hand. Start with Holy Panel on the middle panel, (if you have it) and load the rest with Recovery. Just go nuts with your buster while dodging attacks and recovering as needed until his seal breaks.
Form 2: By the time you get here, your Custom Guage HAS to be full. Load it up, and pick your offensive chips. When he does the drill attack, move around. When he does the gattling gun attack, get to the side and use your shield. When he does the swords attack, move out of the way. Use invis for the giant laser, though.

No matter what you do, he's a pain. The only way I beat him was by unloading all the most powerful chips I had on him and added a few holy panels. Also, Aura on a holy panel should hold up to his lazer. If you don't have invis, shield as close to the start as possable and use reflect if you can fit it. The best Ninja Giga chips to use against him are Buster Max with SF Buster equiped and Torrent wave with an obstical if you line one up. Buster Max is my recomendation. Oh, and LOTS OF RECOVER 300 AND 200!!!
