[glow=red,2,300]1.- Spelling and Grammar.- [/glow]This is a basic, you could say it's the internet equivalent of breathing.
- Whenever you start a sentence, you press the "Shift" key while you press the letter key the word you're typing starts with, so the sentence has caps at its start.
- Write your words completely. No "u" instead of "you", "2" instead of "too", "wat" instead of "what". It's usually 2 or 3 more key presses, it's not going to kill you. You may seldom ignore this rule, but just for some seconds and for the 1a point.
- Don't abuse caps. If you use the Caps Lock key to put caps in your sentences, press Caps Lock again to un-trigger Caps Lock mode and start typing in underscore again. Also, while you have to write the first letter of the sentence in caps, the same as the first letter of names and some other stuff, Typing With Caps In The Start of All Words Is Not Necessary.
[glow=red,2,300]1a.- Mispelling to be funny/1337speak:[/glow] I do this somewhat often, yet I never get flamed for raping the English Language. You can sometimes do some stuff that does not abide by the rules of point 1 when you are trying to joke, but don't overdo it. Typing in all caps is also a part of this. Understand that when you type IN AAAAALL CAAAAAAPS!!! you are basically yelling through the Internet.

[glow=red,2,300]2.- Challenge Taking[/glow]
The previous points were usable for any forum you go to, but this one is exclusive to this board.
It's simple really. It's all about the reading.
Read the little newsstrip at the top of the main page, where you can read who is taking challenges and who is not. Please note the strip is not updated automatically, so you might take a look at the boards and read the subforum owner's main topic to know if he/she's not taking challenges. If he/she is not, try your luck later or issue a challenge to someone else. There are several novice challengers at the Someone Else subforum. You can also become a challenge taker if you want to, but follow the subforum's rules. Again, read them.
Read the guidelines to know which games the CT you're wanting to challenge takes challenges on. Sometimes, they are a YT video. Watch said video. It has music and bright colors and jumping robots shooting stuff, so it's easier.
[glow=red,2,300]3.- Social Stuff[/glow]
I am not the expertest (point 1a, thank you very much) at this stuff, but you still should do as I say.
You are a new person in a forum run by people more experienced than you at forumstuff-doing, so you'd better be a good person and try to get acquainted with the people here.
It's even simpler than the CT things. Do not insult, do not act like you're better than anyone, don't threaten people who think differently than you, do not bother people when you want them to do something and they haven't yet, and other things.
[glow=red,2,300]4.- Misc.[/glow]
- Do not necropost. Necroposting is posting in a topic that it's over a month old. This rule does not apply if it's a topic you opened or if it's a topic in the Board Games subforum.
- Do not double/triple/multiple post. Post once, then wait until someone posts in the same topic so you can write again. If you forgot to add something to your post, there's an edit function. Use it.
That's all for now. If I missed something, let me know. C ya! (point 1a) (OwO)b
