This might sound confusing at first, but bear with me.
Game: BN6 Enemy: Slashman Folder: Only attack chips less then 100 damage. No crosses NaviCust: Chip Shuffle required and any others are optional. Misc: Only use exactly two chips each turn. At the end of each turn, Slashman's HP MUST be 1400, then 1300, and so on. Don't use the megabuster unless one of your chips are interrupted or miss; then, only use it to get his HP down to the next 100 HP.
This might be a bit more clear on what the challenge is about.
Example turns:
Megaman chips: Minibomb x2 Slashman HP: 1500
Megaman throws both bombs and hit both.
turn 2
Megaman chips: Sword, Airshot. Slashman HP: 1400
Megaman attacks and hits with sword but misses with airshot. Slashman's HP is at 1320 and Megaman must deal exactly 20 damage with megabuster before opening custom window.
turn 3
Chips: no two selectable total 100 HP: 1300
Since no chips are selected, Megaman must play dodge blade for a turn and may not attack.
turn 4
Chips: Spreader2, Cannon HP: 1300
Megaman fires both and misses. Megaman must deal exactly 100 damage with megabuster to select chips again.
...And this goes on until his HP is at exactly zero. The big wheel from "The Price is Right" is another way to think about it. The only difference is you have to hit $1.00 every time.

Okay, since this is actually a creative challenge, I'll spare you the checklist and explain what's wrong with this one.
1. The folder itself is a damn near impossible build. Most of the chips in that range are multi hits, disqualifying them from use. The rest of the combos just don't fit together in chip code. 2. Surviving 15+ turns against Slashman. Enough said. 3. The nerfing of Chip Shuffle means it'll definitely be over 15 turns.
