Which codec should I use to make videos on VBA? At the moment I'm using XviD, but sound and video goes out of synchro after like 3 minutes, after ten it's like 4 seconds difference.

I just use Full Frames Uncompressed. It still goes out of sync.
I don't think it matters.

I go with Microsoft Video 75% compression, and that seems to help a little bit...but only a little.

As Dan1obr has suggested to me, I will suggest to you:
ffdshow Codec
It never goes out of sync, even with some frame skips. I've tested it twice on the Visual Boy Advance, and it seems to work perfectly, allowing you to play with music and no slowdown. Pretty high quality, but on higher resolution graphics (SNES, N64), there is some blending.
