Hey my game glitched once when I fought Gridman. I had fastbarrier on, so he rushes me and as soon as he hits me, i use a knightman chip against him, then my health goes straight to zero. A big "WTF??!!" moment.

i think this is what happened:
1. gridman hit you, disabling the barrier 2.you used the knightman chip 3.when megaman came back, gridman hit him again, just like last time.

But that couldn't be enough to completely delete megaman, right?
Okay now I feel really stupid. I got the X folder and realized it had the Infinite-vulcan2...So now I only need inf-vulcan 3.

Don't feel stupid, this game has contact damage...
You see what you just encountered is a glitch I like to call, Chargeman's secret weapon. You see if you stop time at the EXACT moment you take any form of damage that requires the enemy to touch you (e.g. Charge man). It causes the enemy to endlessly deal damage while the time stop prevents flinching. Mollettman got owned by this as colonel in a liberation mission. I have never seen it, but I suspect it is in all the BN games. So no, you aren't deleted instantly. But you are hit infinite times a millisecond. This means you here the hit SFX as fast as it is possible to play them. This means colonel says "Ah-chsu-hurgh-du-fort-the-AAARGGH!!" and you react "WHAT THE F-" [Colonel deleted].
The moral? Never use a stop time chip when someone stands ontop of you or, if you're crazy, you stand ontop of them (You CAN do this VS Chargeman, hilariously). It probably won't hit anyway.

I got lucky with the bugfrag trader today and it gave me doublepoint. How do you work the silver bullet combo again? I did something similar to shadoman omega and S ranked him.

Here it is:
1.Doublepoint(+20 dmg for every panel taken, only takes up to 3 panels for a total of +60) 2.multihit chip(vulcans, airhockey, drillarm, and airspin are effective. if you want to, bass[not bassanly]) 3.attk+30 4.attk+10 5.attk+10
if it works, the enemy will experience 110 extra damage per hit! very effective with supervulcan... think about it(10+110=120. 120*12= 1440 dmg! try that with full sync! that's 2880 damage!)
very nice, only downside is that it takes a long time to prepare.

I don't recomend the use against colonel, he likes to summon rockcubes if my memory serves correctly. So if you attempt to pull off silver bullett... 1. Colonel will place a block infront of him, blocking the shots long enough for an escape. This is unlikely but unlucky timing leads to deletion. 2. Colonel will hide behind the blocks on your side, this wastes precious time. 3. His army will appear out the blocks before you can destroy them in situations 1 & 2.
Oh and something extra for you, this game has Navi +20. Bass, although a giga chip, can gain an extra boost from this. Just like he could previously, can in 6 and like Serenade. I suggest use of air hockey if you plan on using a silver bullet folder. Also drill arm 2 can fit in the same code and allows knight cross, use silver bullet on the front panels and a miss isn't as horrificly painful.
Toadman also can have his strengths as the biggest weakness. Toadsong, guess what? It activates anti-elec. So with four of those in one draw, the frog will fry itself. Flawless. Just be sure to dodge the frog grenade thingy.

Forte won't get boost from Navi+20 in BN 6, I checked. Not sure about BN 5, I played that game like 6 months ago last time.
Why not? Use it when he uses his slash attack. I'm quite sure you can.

Strange... I'm sure it worked when I made my Forte everfolder (as in it uses attacks that he uses throughout all 6 games).
It's because I find it difficult to get infront of him without getting slaughtered. I also don't know much about colonel's timing to begin with... I'm sure his AI is designed to kill my folder.

Before fighting the chaos navis, SAVE! This is a very important step. When you battle them try to beat them incredibly fast. In less than thirty seconds is good.
If you beat them like this you get to fight... The important fight. Too fast on average is megaman DS Omega and too slow is nebula grey beta. The first time I think is always set as nebula grey alpha. After that it's your average deletion time.
So don't worry if Napalm man's turrets stop your times or Meddy spams far too many defensive chips (I've seen her pull out holy Aura), they're not in your version. For Colonel version I suggest you avoid the Knightman trapping you, he can be very erratic. I mean compared to how erratic other DS Navis are. Also I'm sure Toadman can now move off of the lillypads. Basically, strategy got thrown out the window by these guys.

and careful with spamming a single stragety, the DS navis may use chips at random, but the will more likely use tactics use use on a regular basis.(**** MEGAMAN DS FOR USING 4 VARSWORDS ALL AT ONCE!!!)
