I just thought that something other than video games should be discuss here since we do also want to be known as an intellectual board, right?
But, being the lazy reader I am, I'm not going to restrict any book here as long as it abides the rule of the forum. That means, discussion of manga, action comics, hardbound, *Birdman* paper-back, etc. are accepted here. But, please, be reasonable and don't go through your old coloring books to add them here. You won't be able to discuss them.
It's also up to you whether you want to post like others post on the Gmae Database. I mean, when you post, you update your collected and publicly announce what book you just/are bought/sold/lent/borrowed/borrowing/currently reading.
Let me start off...
Collection:
School Rumble Vol.1 School Rumble Vol.5 School Rumble Vol.6 The Little Prince Harry Potter (Books 1-4... Never bothered to finish 2 & 1, though. Barely started 3 & 4.) Random Pokemon anime books Pokemon Handbook Pokemon Extreme Handbook K-Zone mags (can't count them) The Death of Superman (Collection comic) Ang Ibong Adarna (The Adarna Bird/ The Bird called Adarna) Florante at Laura (Florante and Laura)
Borrowed:
Treasure Island (abridged version... not the YGO kind.) A Christmas Carol (abridged version... not the YGO kind, either.)
Currently lending:
School Rumble Vol.5 The Little Prince

I shouldn't post here, because if I did, people would get jealous. As I'm a book seller, I'm sitting right next to the source, and I probably have more books than all people in this board together. =P

And no, it's not my own, but I work there.

The only book I own, IIRC, is 100 Years of Solitude.
I don't own any manga nor comics, though I have several doujinshis, but they're plain scans.

Too many to post them all. >_<
Also, I'm not sure if translation is correct on every book.
Harry Potter 1/3/5/6/7 (7 in English, others PL) Lord of the Rings : Fellowship of the Ring, Two Towers and Return of the King "Old man and the Sea" (By Ernest Hemingway). Actually, I have two copies of it that are exactly the same. Each is a reward... >_< "Robinson Cruzoe " "Adventures of Thomas Sawyer" and "Adventures of Huck Finn"
/Back from cellar/ Andre Norton's : "Witch World" "Web of the Witch World" "Warlock of the Witch World" "Sorceress of the Witch World" "The Key of the Keplian" " 'Ware Hawk" "Gryphon's Eyrie (Not sure where are earlier two parts, I'm missing them somehow... >_<" "Horn Crown" "Zarsthor's Bane" "On Wings of Magic" x2 (Somehow, two books with different polish titles have the same english title... >_< "Storms of Victory" x2 (Same as above... >___<) "Flight of Vengeance + Part 2" (As stated above, those books have very different titles... >_<)
Frank Herbert's : "Heretics of Dune" "God Emperor of Dune" "Chapterhouse : Dune" "Dune Messiah" "Children of Dune"
That's the most notable books I've got here. Not speaking of all those Polish books. >_<
And if it matters, my sister with whom I live have some mangas (Sailor Moon, Naruto, X, NGE, Fushigi Yuugi), though none of those is complete.More like 4-5 tomes.

I'd rather not post a collection of all the books I own here, it would be too much of a hassle. However, I will post book reviews here every once in a while... and I know which book to review first, it's Louis Sachar's latest creation Small Steps.
For those who don't know who Louis Sachar is, then I ask you: Have you read Holes? Apparently this book is the sequel to that book, but it it doesn't star Stanley Yelnats. Instead, it stars one of his fellow campers from Camp Green Lake: Armpit. Other main characters include X-Ray, another former member of CGL, Ginny, Armpit's neighbor with cerebral palsy, and Kaira DeLeon, famous teen pop singer.
Summarized: the story takes place in Austin, Texas two years after the whole CGL mess. Armpit's trying to turn his life around which is difficult to do when he has a record and everybody expects negative stuff from him. Ginny is the only person who believes in him, and together they're making both of their lives better one small step at a time. X-Ray has Armpit involved in a get-rich-quick scenario that involves Kaira DeLeon just when Armpit seems to be doing pretty good for himself. During the whole moneymaking plan, Armpit actually meets Kaira and life is never the same for him, again.
A similar summary is on the back of the book, and I'd say it sums up the book pretty well, despite the fact that Armpit meets Kaira halfway when the book is done. Overall, it's a good book. Not as good as Holes, but still pretty good to be a New York Times bestseller. If you liked Holes, then I'm pretty sure you'll like this book as well.

Just yesterday... While I was scanning for School Rumble Vol.2, 3, & 7, I came across a Neon Genesis manga set, but they're not like any other. Storyline has no EMOness whatsoever nor any giant mecha. No. It's a love story. Either that, or a story of their lives outside of NERV.
I forgot the title, but I think it was Neon Genesis: Angel Sanctum?
Ohh and there's this other manga set I really wanna buy... Cromartie High School. If you don't know what it is, it's just an outlandish High School manga with the weirdest characters.
There's this guy who's a wrestler, a gorilla & 3 robots. It's funny, but I've only seen the anime so far... not to mention that the mangas are expensive. They're roughly 3 dollars more expensive than the others. Especially School Rumble.

I'm a bit shocked by the little amount of books some people have here.
