I'm 99% certain you have to trade for them. I've tried for weeks at the BugFrag Trader with no result. What about the remaining 1%?

That's just in case I may be mistaken. Wouldn't be the first time. I could have just had phenomenally bad luck at the Trader after all.
Either that or it's wishful thinking.

I couldn't get them either. Every other standard or mega chip came out, but not MistMan.

Mistman and Bowlman chips do not come out of any chiptrader or the bug frag trader, they need to be traded form the opposite version (more instances of capcom trying to rake in cash)
The closest you can get would be the V5 chip by beating the Omega version.

Question:
What is the best way to get low times on GraveJoker, AcidAce, Virgo, and Corvus?

Hmmm... use DoubleEaters to make battlefield to 2 columns. Then attack with every wide-range card you have, Finalize when the Noise Meter is above 400%, many multi-hitting cards, paralyzing cards etc.

Actually, you can get BowlMan and MistMan chips out of the BugFrag Trader... In the corresponding versions (Blue - BowlMan, White - MistMan). I wouldn't say that v5 chips are THAT close... You need 5 stars to fight omegas, and one of the stars is granted for every single mega chip.

How many times can you re-play mmbn4? Like how many times can you start a new game? I'm debating whether or not to start game 5.

Infinate, i think. After beating game 6, you just repeat game 6.

Defeat the navi's omega form in less then 30 seconds. If you beat 10 seconds, it is at is strongest.

Question: Well, during band camp, we learned these songs:
March Slave Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy Symphony No. 4 1812 Overture
And now I'm wondering... whos this Tchaikovsky?

Russian composer. That's funny, in polish, we simply say Czajkowski (and that's how we read it) . At first, I was like "WTF, Tchaikovsky?", but then I remembered seeing this before.
